Cross Country is a fun team sport and a great way to get in shape or good conditioning for other sports. Races are 5000 meters (3.1 miles). Teams consist of seven runners, with the places of the top 5 finishers for each school totaled to get the team score. If you are interested in running cross country, start doing some running and contact Coach Kuehl ( or visit the KML CC website for more information.
