The Chargers battled from behind twice and eventually took the lead but had to settle for a tie on the turf in Kohler. The Chargers came out strong but conceded a goal off a free kick. Josiah Wordell put in an equalizer off a Chris Ambrose assist before Kohler grabbed a 2-1 lead going into halftime. Wordell added a second goal to equalize again and Luke Willis converted a penalty kick to put the Chargers ahead. Kohler responded to tie the game at 3. Both teams had opportunities late but neither could find the back of the net. Fullbacks Jack Leffel and Logan Draeger controlled the middle of the field and keeper Brandon Schrap made several clutch saves for KML. The Chargers now sit at 3-1-1 on the season and return to action in Kewaskum at 6:45 on Tuesday.
