On October 24th, the KML Chargers faced Lake Country Lutheran in the Regional Finals match. The Chargers were unable to claim the title on their home court against the Lightning, falling in three sets, 26-28, 21-25 and 14-25. In set one, KML came out strong and ready to fight. After the first five points, the team led for most of the match including a six point lead at 20-14. With the score 24-21 the Chargers missed a crucial game-point serve causing a time out to be taken by the Chargers.
